The egg incubator by Borotto is suitable for hatching eggs of hens, pheasants, guinea fowl, quail, partridges, ducks, geese, peacocks, pigeons and various exotic and birds of prey. Inside, 49 chicken eggs or 196 quail eggs can be incubated simultaneously. SIRIO's automatic humidification system pumps water into the hatcher to achieve and precisely maintain the right degree of humidity regardless of external environmental conditions. You set the parameters using a panel with buttons and an LED screen. The twin-tube peristaltic pump is controlled by a computerized hygrostat with a modified PID algorithm. It receives information from the latest generation humidity sensor (Swiss Sensirion technology) with an accuracy of +/- 1%. The sensor measures the humidity in the incubator throughout the incubation cycle.

Ideal conditions for hatching are achieved by, among other things, internal ventilation, which draws in air from underneath and moves it around the sides, creating a barrier of warm air. The quiet fan reaches a speed of 2,500 rpm. In addition, the aerodynamic design of the chamber guarantees optimal temperature and humidity. The parameters are controlled by artificial intelligence. It maintains a constant microclimate with an accuracy of 0.1°C no matter what the ambient temperature is.
