The egg incubator by Borotto is suitable for hatching eggs of hens, pheasants, guinea fowl, quail, partridges, ducks, geese, peacocks, pigeons and various exotic and birds of prey. Inside, 49 chicken eggs or 196 quail eggs can be incubated simultaneously. The high-tech device for temperature control inside the hatcher is based on artificial intelligence. It allows to maintain the microclimate at a constant level (in a wide range of 30-40°C) with an accuracy of 0.1°C. The internal temperature is completely independent of ambient conditions, allowing for optimal hatching. It is measured with an NTC sensor and then digitally processed by an advanced PID algorithm. It eliminates oscillations, thus ensuring fast response and good temperature stability.

An automatic egg turning system operates throughout the incubation process. They are rotated from right to left or vice versa in 1-hour cycles, just like in industrial incubators. Two windows make it convenient to check the hatching process without opening the unit. The static effect generates the moisture needed for embryo growth. There are special grooves on the bottom of the egg incubator to produce the right level of humidity throughout the incubation period. This ranges from 45-55% with water in one tray, and 60-65% in two trays. The incubator is equipped with a digital LED display. The sound pressure level emitted by the equipment is below 70 dB (A).
