Convection oven by Eka from the Evolution Next collection is electronically controlled on a touch panel with color icons. It accommodates 4 baking trays in 429x345 mm size. It has direct humidification and the ability to download data from a USB port for downloading HACCP data. Both the housing and the oven chamber are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The oven has a double-glazed door that opens from the top, and the distance between the guides is 74 mm. The unit can be set up with 99 programs and is optionally equipped with a wi-fi connection for software updates. The oven operates in a temperature range of 30° C to 260° C and has 1 auto-reverse fan operating at two speeds. Humidification is direct, adjustable on the touch panel. The unit has overheating protection and cooling of the controls. The chamber is equipped with LED lighting.
