Wiesenfield pelletizer produces pellets for animal feed and fertilizer. The capacity when producing feed is up to 120 kg/h.
The device allows you to compose animal feed yourself and dispense appropriate vitamins and minerals to fertilizer sticks or feed pellets produced from corn, oats or hay. The pelletizer should be heated to 60 to 80°C using a vacuum heat treatment. This will prevent the surfaces from being damaged and deformed during heating. The mass is extruded through the use of a massive roller that pushes the contents through a 150 mm diameter die. The result is a highly compressed, durable pellet with a diameter of 6 mm. An ejection trough facilitates direct bag filling. The control element on the machine is clear and intuitive. The pelletizer has an emergency stop switch to guarantee safety during use. The device is powered by 3-phase 400 V, and is supplied without a connection plug. Mobility of the device is provided by solid wheels. ATTENTION !!! When purchasing a pellet machine, you must also order a pellet binder (No. 10530000). The built-in dies and rollers can be used for up to 300 hours. After the recommended service time, the parts must be replaced immediately.
