Made of carbon steel coated with iron oxide, it perfectly protects against corrosion. Special perforation of the sheet (holes of 3 mm in diameter), guarantees even baking. The sheet with a diameter of 40 cm can withstand temperatures up to 420 ºC. Suitable for use in the oven. Not suitable for microwave or dishwasher use.
