HENDI brand pressure food sprayer is best suited for bakeries, hotels, restaurants, bars and pastry shops. Perfect for greasing bakery molds, applying food additives and flavorings. It can also be used to moisten bread after rising (lofting). The 1.5-liter applicator evenly distributes a layer of product, eliminating the need for heavy equipment. Made of durable polyethylene (HDPE) plastic. The shape of the sprayer ensures stability, and the silicone seal does not require lubrication. The unit has a suction tube with a filter to prevent clogging, a vent and a measuring scale for easy control of the liquid level.
