Royal Catering's meat grinder attachment will be ideal for expanding the applications of the RCPM-7.1D and RCPM-7.1C planetary mixers. The attachment is suitable for making your own hamburgers, sausages and other meat products. A large meat tray with a diameter of 20.9 cm and a plastic pusher make work much easier. With each turn, the meat is pushed through the auger shaft to the sharp crosscut knife and finally squeezed through the strainer. Holes with a diameter of 4.5 or 6 mm ensure an evenly chopped mass. All parts except the pusher are made of stainless steel.
