Wiesenfield pelletizer is designed for the production of pellets for animal feed, fertilization and heating. The capacity for feed production is up to 300 kg/h in the case of woodchip processing - up to 120 kg/h. The device allows you to compose animal feed yourself and dose appropriate vitamins and minerals to fertilizer sticks or feed pellets produced from corn, oats or hay. By processing wood chips into sawdust, environmentally friendly pellets can be produced. The pelletizer should be heated to 60 to 80°C using a vacuum heat treatment. This will prevent the surfaces from being damaged and deformed during heating. The mass is extruded through the use of a massive roller that pushes the contents through a 200 mm diameter die. The result is a pellet with a diameter of 6 mm. An ejection trough facilitates direct filling of the bags. The unit's control cabinet is clear and intuitive. The pelletizer has an emergency stop switch to guarantee safety during use. The unit is powered by 3-phase 400 V, and is supplied without a connection plug. Mobility of the device is provided by solid wheels. ATTENTION !!! When purchasing a pelletizer, you must also order a pellet binder (No. 10530000). The built-in dies and rollers can be used for up to 300 hours. After the recommended service time, the parts should be replaced immediately.
