The S-PLASMA 60U plasma cutter has a clear control panel with LED screen and pressure gauge instantly informs you about the parameters. With the right pressure and cutting current set according to your needs, you can quickly and precisely cut various metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper or aluminum. The device's current is set with a dial from 20 to 65 A. All values are shown on an easy-to-read LED display. At maximum power values, the plasma cutter cuts parts up to 22 mm thick. The air pressure is controlled by a regulator equipped with a locking mechanism. This prevents accidental changes in compressed air pressure. The current value is read out on an integrated pressure gauge. Thanks to the optimally selected combination of air pressure and current, clean cuts with high precision are achieved. The IGBT inverter not only provides a high-power voltage output via PWM technology, but also reduces weight and dimensions to a minimum. In this way, you can make even more efficient use of the handy cutter with a carrying handle. The device is useful for construction site work, workshop repairs or maintenance work. The burner is ignited with a high frequency, so you can cut grates and gratings with a pilot arc. To avoid oxidation or deformation of the workpiece after cutting, choose a gas discharge time of 5 or 10 seconds. The air discharge further cools the torch and prevents damage. The basic unit is equipped with a powerful fan to prevent overheating. It is recommended to connect the Stamos Germany plasma cutter to a 400 V power source with a 2 m cable. This allows it to be used as an efficient plasma cutting machine in automotive workshops, commercial metalworking companies and industrial production. In addition, the plasma cutter also supports do-it-yourselfers in demanding renovation and repair projects.
