The saw is designed for cutting sponge cake tops of 600 x 400 mm and round sponge cake tops of diameter from ø 5 cm to ø 40 cm. The sponge cake saw is made of hygienic anodized aluminum. Its long 57 cm blade is extremely sharp and precise, made of stainless steel. It is the only one on the market certified for food contact. The blade is properly tensioned and fixed on the milled part. It does not bend or rotate.The device is perfectly balanced and stable, thanks to the non-slip feet of PTFT plastic. The sponge cake top can be adjusted in thickness from 1 cm to 6 cm with the guarantee that each layer will be sliced identically.
