Stamos Germany brand welding mask provides protection when welding with electrodes and inert gas. It offers a full color perspective. The automatic visor has an adjustable DIN light protection range of 4/5-9/9-13. The self-test allows you to adjust the light shield to different needs. The field of vision is 100 x 80 mm. The durable COLOUR GLASS Y-100 cartridge is powered by solar cells and contains a replaceable CR2450 battery with a life of 5000 hours. The visor is made of plastic and is extremely lightweight, weighing only 0.6 kg. The material mixture used, made of polyamide 66 and PC, is rigid, tough, abrasion and heat resistant. The very short response time of 1/25000 s from light to dark protects against harmful arc rays. It does not put undue strain on the eyes and does not require a long period of getting used to further welding. It also provides UV/IR protection at all brightness levels up to DIN 16. The GRIND function allows you to do other metal work such as grinding without removing the mask.
