Stamos Germany brand welding mask provides protection when welding with electrodes and inert gas. It offers a full color perspective. The automatic visor has an adjustable DIN light protection range of 4/5-8/9-13. The self-test allows you to adjust the light shield to different needs. The field of view measures 100 x 60 mm. The durable X-BASIC cartridge is powered by solar cells and includes a replaceable CR2450 battery with a life of 5,000 hours. The visor is made of plastic and is extremely lightweight, weighing only 0.6 kg. The used material mixture made of PA66 and PC plastic is characterized by high abrasion resistance and dimensional stability. Very short response time of 1/25000 s from light to dark protects from harmful arc rays. It does not put undue strain on the eyes and does not require a long adjustment period. It also provides UV/IR protection at all brightness levels up to DIN 16. The GRIND function allows you to do other metal work such as grinding without removing the mask.
