The fermentation container by Royal Catering will prove useful for maturing beer or wine. The conical tank with a capacity of 70 l allows for the separation of sediment from clear liquid. The double pouring system ensures easy removal of liquids and impurities. Sediments such as excess yeast are removed through the lower tap, while liquid is removed through the side valve. A built-in thermometer allows you to monitor the fermentation temperature from 0-40°C or 0-104°F. An insulating jacket ensures that the correct fermentation temperature is maintained. An opening in the gust allows the necessary pressure equalization with the fermentation tube without opening the vessel. The unit is made of stainless steel. Three feet with pads protect the surface from scratches and provide stability. The latches secure the lid hermetically and the side handles allow convenient transportation.
