Convection and steam oven from Italian brand EKA, Evolution New series, is a heating device designed for efficient operation in professional catering, especially in open kitchens, cafes, bars and canteens. The slim version (width 55 cm), allows you to save space in small spaces, such as a gas station. The chamber is made entirely of high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. The oven has a direct spray, and can be individually programmed for direct heat treatment with up to 99 programs using the touch screen. The control panel allows you to set the temperature from 30°C to 270°C, the cooking time and the degree of steaming from 0% to 100%. Steam generation in the chamber is done by direct water spray on the fan, and temperature control inside the chamber is done by a digital probe. The oven has a manual Pre-heating function for the chamber and a delayed start function for up to 24 hours. The device has been manufactured in accordance with all HoReCa requirements and standards.
