Convection-steam oven from the Italian brand EKA from the Evolution New series is a heating device designed for efficient operation in professional catering, especially in open kitchens, cafes, bars and canteens. The slim version (width 55 cm), allows you to save space in small spaces, such as a gas station. The chamber is made entirely of high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. The oven has a direct spray, and the manual controller allows you to set the temperature from 100°C to 270°C, the baking time and the degree of steaming in a 5-stage adjustment range from 0% to 100%. The control is carried out with ergonomic knobs located on the oven door. Steam generation in the chamber is carried out by direct water spray on the fan, and temperature control inside the chamber is carried out by means of a digital probe. The device has been manufactured in accordance with all HoReCa requirements and standards. Removable guides for GN containers provide convenience and efficiency of use.
