Steinberg Systems' vacuum evaporator is ideal for the laboratory, chemical, pharmaceutical or scientific research industries for evaporating solvent by heating under reduced pressure. It is particularly suitable for concentrating and purifying easily decomposed denatured biological products that do not easily react with various substances. The high vacuum level of 0.098 MPa ensures high efficiency of the equipment. The equipment is equipped with a vacuum controller. The temperature range is 0-99°C with an accuracy of +/-1°C. The operation of an efficient condenser translates into a high recovery rate. Digital displays work with the speed (0-120 rpm) and temperature of the heating bath, which facilitates control of the distillation process. The evaporator has a temperature limiter. An adjustable immersion angle allows precise placement of a 5-liter rotary flask in a heating bath of the same capacity. The bath is equipped with ergonomic carrying handles and also a manual jack for precise flask positioning. The 40 W motor is compact in size and has an overload protection function. The stainless steel bath tank makes it easy to operate and maintain the vacuum evaporator.
